Thì ra Mỹ Trump có thể thu hồi Greenland chứ không cần phải mua nếu Đan Mạch không biết điều.

Dựa theo các văn kiện lịch sử từ đệ nhị thế chiến khi Đan Mạch đã bị Đức Quốc Xã chiếm và buộc đầu hàng thì các lãnh thổ thuộc địa của Đan Mạch chịu cảnh như gà con mất mẹ, thuộc về tông chủ mới hoặc tương kế tựu kế tuyên bố độc lập.

(Điều này đã xảy ra ở Việt Nam: khi Đức chiếm Pháp thì Việt Nam tuyên bố độc lập.)

Chính Hoa Kỳ đã giữ Greenland khỏi Đức Quốc Xã và trở thành bảo hộ quốc cho thuộc địa của 18,000 thổ dân và khoảng 200 người Đan Mạch đại diện cho giai cấp thống trị vào lúc bấy giờ.

Greenland đã nằm gọn trong tay người Mỹ nên mới không bị Đức chiếm. Thực tế Greenland đã là lãnh thổ của Mỹ.

Sau thế chiến, do sự thân thiện với Đan Mạch nên Mỹ nhường danh nghĩa chủ quyền cho Đan Mạch với các điều khoản Hoa Kỳ tha hồ đóng quân, tự tiện phát triển theo sở nguyện. Đó chính là nguyên tắc một lãnh thổ hai chủ quyền mà Hoa Kỳ và Đan Mạch đã thoả thuận.

Điều này tương tự với Đài Loan, khi Nhật đầu hàng Mỹ nên Mỹ muốn lấy gì trả gì cho ai cũng được. Vì là đồng minh nên Mỹ là nước ủy nhiệm quyền cho phép thu hồi Đài Loan về tay Trung Hoa Dân Quốc của Tưởng Giới Thạch. Hai bên có chừa lại điều khoản dân tộc tự quyết cho "thổ dân" Đài Loan mở ra tiền đề pháp lý cho phong trào độc lập.

Cũng vào năm 1972, Mỹ đã trả lại quần đảo Senkaku (Điếu Ngư) cho Nhật làm Trung Quốc điên cuồng. Nhưng Trung Quốc chỉ dám chửi Nhật nhận đảo chứ không dám nhắc tới Mỹ là chủ nhân trao đảo.

Vấn đề của Đài Loan, Mỹ là nước có tiếng nói

cuối cùng vì là nước trực tiếp thu nhận đầu hàng và quản trị. Trung Quốc biết rõ cơ sở pháp lý này của Hoa Kỳ với Đài Loan. Vào năm 1958, cộng sản Trung Quốc vẫn xem Hoa Kỳ là lực lượng chiếm đóng Đài Loan. Quyền lực của Mỹ thật là ghê gớm!

Trở lại vấn đề Greenland, Mỹ muốn thu hồi chủ quyền vì lý do an ninh quốc gia và có thiện chí lại quả bằng tiền trong tình thương mến nhưng Đan Mạch không biết điều. Do thù ghét Trump nên mới xảy ra hiện tượng Greenland và Đan Mạch tay trong tay đồng lòng như người một nhà. Quá khôi hài.

Greenland cũng đã ly khai từng phần với Đan Mạch gần trở thành độc lập. Vậy mà bây giờ Đan Lục đề huề như kiểu một dân tộc bị ức hiếp. Giả dối vô cùng.

Năm 1997, khi Trung Quốc đại lục tiếp thu Hong Kong, người ta chấp nhận về pháp lý bất chấp ý nguyện của dân Hong Kong và thương lượng trì hoãn của Đại Anh.

Ngoại trưởng Rubio và phó tổng thống JD Vance đã nhấn mạnh với liên danh Đan Lục rằng Mỹ Trump sẽ đơn phương thu hồi Greenland vì đây là một lãnh thổ đồng chủ quyền từ lâu. Nhất định phải về lại tay Hoa Kỳ chứ không nhập nhắng rồi lọt sang tay của kẻ cơ hội khác như Nga hoặc Trung Quốc đang dòn ngó.

Đan Mạch và Greenland đang dần chấp nhận hiện trạng.

Tương tự, Hoa Kỳ có thể thu hồi chủ quyền Cuba vì hơn 100 năm độc lập kiểu gì mà làm ăn rách rưới quá! Cuba cũng là lãnh thổ chiến lợi phẩm từ tay Tây Ban Nha khi thua trận với Hoa Kỳ.

Hoa Kỳ ban tặng chủ quyền cho Cuba độc lập trong tình thương mến. Toà nhà quốc hội Cuba mô phỏng theo kiến trúc ở thủ đô nước mẹ Washington DC.

Sau này Cuba chơi trò dẫn sói vào nhà nên bị Hoa Kỳ trừng phạt. Hiện Trump và Rubio ra quyết sách bỏ đói để tự suy bại dẫn đến việc thu hồi chủ quyền. Trên đảo Cuba hiện cũng có một phần đất thuộc chủ quyền của Hoa Kỳ.

Trump đang dùng cơ sở pháp lý quang phục giang sơn chứ không cần bom đạn gì ráo.

THE US RECLAIMS GREENLAND THROUGH LEGAL MEANS

"Trump's legal team has presented historical documents that have left Denmark and Greenland stunned in a tense room under the serious and determined gaze of Marco Rubio and JD Vance. This is no joke."

It turns out that Trump's America can reclaim Greenland without having to buy it if Denmark doesn't cooperate.

According to historical documents from World War II, when Denmark was occupied by Nazi Germany and forced to surrender, its colonial territories were left like orphaned chicks, belonging to a new master or declaring independence through various means.

(This happened in Vietnam: when Germany occupied France, Vietnam declared independence.)

The United States protected Greenland from Nazi Germany and became the protector of the colony, which at the time had 18,000 indigenous people and about 200 Danes representing the ruling class.

Greenland was firmly in American hands, which is why it wasn't occupied by Germany. In reality, Greenland was already US territory.

After the war, due to friendly relations with Denmark, the US ceded nominal sovereignty to Denmark with the condition that the United States could freely station troops and develop the territory as it wished. This is the principle of a territory with two sovereignties that the United States and Denmark agreed upon.

This is similar to Taiwan, where, after Japan surrendered to the US, the US could give or take whatever it wanted. Because they were allies, the US delegated the right to return Taiwan to the Republic of China under Chiang Kai-shek. Both sides included a clause for self-determination for the "native" Taiwanese, creating a legal precedent for the independence movement.

Also in 1972, the US returned the Senkaku Islands (Diaoyu Islands) to Japan, infuriating China. But China only dares to criticize Japan for claiming the islands, but doesn't dare mention the US as the power that granted them.

Regarding Taiwan, the US has the final say because it was the country that directly received the surrender and administered the territory. China is well aware of the legal basis of the US's claim to Taiwan. In 1958, communist China still considered the US an occupying force in Taiwan. The power of the US is truly formidable!

Returning to the Greenland issue, the US wants to reclaim sovereignty for national security reasons and is willing to compensate with money out of goodwill, but Denmark is being unreasonable. Because of their hatred of Trump, the situation with Greenland and Denmark acting in unison like a single family has arisen. It's utterly ridiculous.

Greenland has already partially seceded from Denmark and is almost independent. Yet now Denmark and Greenland are acting together as if they are an oppressed nation. It's incredibly hypocritical.

In 1997, when mainland China took over Hong Kong, the legal transfer was accepted despite the wishes of the Hong Kong people and the delaying negotiations of Great Britain.

Secretary of State Rubio and Vice President JD Vance emphasized to the Danish-Greenlandic delegation that the Trump administration would unilaterally reclaim Greenland because it has long been a territory under joint sovereignty. It must return to the hands of the United States and not fall into the hands of other opportunistic powers like Russia or China, who are eyeing it.

Denmark and Greenland are gradually accepting the situation.

Similarly, the United States could reclaim sovereignty over Cuba because after more than 100 years of independence, things are still so dilapidated! Cuba was also a war prize from Spain after its defeat by the United States. The United States granted sovereignty to independent Cuba out of goodwill. The Cuban National Capitol building is modeled after the architecture in the capital of its former colonial power, Washington, D.C.

Later, Cuba played a dangerous game, leading to sanctions from the United States. Currently, Trump and Rubio are implementing policies of economic pressure to weaken Cuba, potentially leading to the revocation of its sovereignty. There is also a portion of land on the island of Cuba that remains under U.S. sovereignty.

Trump is using legal means to reclaim territory, without needing bombs or weapons.
